Additionally, each piece is equipped with its own individual plasma-screen DVD/CD entertainment center to keep you entertained and informed during your workouts.
Strength Training
LIVING FITNESS is the first fitness facility in Orange County to feature the Life Fitness exclusive Signature line of advanced strength training equipment. The facility also features Hammer Strength equipment, a full complement of Ivanko weights and a wide array of performance tools for maximum results in performance, strength and endurance.
