Your program begins with a complete fitness assessment, which includes body composition, circumference measurements and blood pressure. It also includes a movement assessment to assess posture, flexibility, and to uncover dysfunctional movement patterns and muscle imbalances.
The LIVING FITNESS training system is an integrated mind and muscle technique that combines traditional strength exercises with balance, coordination and dynamic flexibility moves adopted from other disciplines such as yoga and pilates. Whether you’re training to improve your sport or just to get in shape, your program will be individualized, goal-oriented and progressive.
The LIVING FITNESS training system consists of three phases. When the phases are completed, you’ll return to phase one, but at higher levels, so results continue steadily. This progressive training system produces maximum fitness and prevents injury and boredom. Each phase contains a core, balance, strength, and flexibility component. Your program will also include progressive cardiovascular training programs.
